Workshops are available on monthly licence agreements; no solicitors, legal or surveyors fees.
Workshops are all ground floor locations (some with mezzanine floors) with sizes varying from 600 sq ft to larger 1230 sq ft.. All units have a roller security shutter for vehicular access/loading/unloading, and a personnel door. Each is equipped with wc and kitchen area.
All workshop agreements include:
